The deposit is 5 weeks rent. The term is very flexible with a minimum stay of 6 months and 2 months notice needing to be given after this (all due to new regulations).

Sharing with other professionals aged between 23 and 37. This is balanced between males and females.

No couples please, but I don't mind partners staying over occasionally at the weekend
