I’m a 33-year-old professional with a spare single room available to rent in my lovely house in a quiet part of Burpham, Guildford. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, local pub, and great outdoor spaces including the River Wey and nature reserve.

The house has plenty of parking, a modern kitchen and lounge, a brand-new bathroom, and a nice garden with an ice bath. Garage access can be discussed if you need space for a bike.

I occasionally work from home and I’m looking for a tidy, respectful lodger who I’ll get along with. All bills are included in the rent.
