Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving out of the country. Available from beginning of December (02/12/25).
The house is super quiet and friendly, all of us are working professionals, with some of us working from home on an occasion.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bed with a lovely mattress + mattress topper. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, cupboard, toilet and radiator in it. I currently have one of the chest of drawers in it as well. Happy to leave my desk & second chest of drawers for a new tenant to use, otherwise I can sell it as moving countries.
The house is so close to town, with Waitrose and co-op 10min walking distance. Busses available to town, although it’s about 15min walking to high street.
