We are looking for a female student to replace one tenant in a 4 bed 1 bath property on Aldershot Road, Guildford. The current tenants are 3 female students.

Property has a large garden, driveway with space to park 2 cars, and is on a bus route to Surrey University and Guildford town centre. It is a 5 minute walk from Lidl and a 1 minute walk from corner shops.

Rent is £650 per calendar month, with a fully refundable £250 deposit. Bills are not included, but are already set up under the current tenants and are around £50 per month.
