We’ve got a **lovely bright and spacious double bedroom** available in our friendly professional house share. The house is in a great location — just **10 mins’ walk to Guildford town centre**, **8 mins to Lidl**, and **5 mins to Co-op**.

* Gas – around £30 in summer / £50–60 in winter (depends on how much we use the heating)
* Electricity – £30–40

* Cosy living room
* Fully furnished throughout

You’ll be sharing with **three lovely professional girls aged 23–31**. We’re a chilled and tidy household — everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys a chat or glass of wine together.
