👯‍♀️You'll be sharing with two professional girls aged 28-31. We're a chilled, friendly and tidy household.

Bills 💸
Council tax is included in the rent.
Gas(heating), electricity, water and internet around 60£ -130 per month, depending on a season and the weather.

We heat our house when needed and keep the room temperature at 18-20 degrees Celsius(in the morning 16 degrees). Please note that during the heating season from November to March (April), utility bills will be £90-130 per person, depending on the outside temperature. This is an old Victorian house with high ceilings.
