The room has its own entrance and includes basic cooking facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) plus access to a washing machine by arrangement.

Please note there’s no shared kitchen or lounge, and no parking available (on-street or otherwise).

You’ll be sharing the property with resident landlords, so it’s ideal for someone who values privacy but also appreciates a calm, well-kept home environment.
