The two ground-floor flatmates share shower/toilet facility and a small kitchenette. There is also a washing machine, a combination microwave oven, air fryer, kettle and toaster. As configured, the ground floor is like a 2-bedroom flat (one bedroom already occupied). There is off-street parking space for one car on the carport. Accommodation is about 20 min walk to university and is within easy walk to many local stores and the local park. The room is in a quiet, friendly and safe home and neighbourhood.
