Great location near Guildford Station and easy access to the University of Surrey (roughly 5 min walk to campus)
Social and student-focused building with frequent events
Tenancy runs until 5th of September
Rent is approx. £310/week and is paid for until the 12th of January at which point the next instalment would be due.
Move-in can be arranged immediately.
