Double bedroom available on the oval starting from September. House includes:

Shared kitchen: washer/drier, oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, airfrier, 3 fridges, freezer, lots of cupboard space

2 shared bathrooms: shower, toilet, sink in each

Shared living room: 2 sofas and TV

Shared summer house: 2 sofas, electric and heater

Other: driveway space available, non-free roaming pets welcome, currently have 4 guinea pigs. Garden with seats and bbq, shared conservatory/dining room with bar and table

About us: as of December 2025, 2nd year computer science student, 2nd year law student, 2nd year business student, 3rd year vet student

Have lived here for 2 years, have a good relationship with the landlord who sorts issues immediately, no mold or current issues etc
