Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am relocating to Sheffield. The room is located 10 minutes walk away from the friary. It is a double room in a maisonette, very quiet area and friendly neighbors!

👯‍♀️You will be living with another girl called Kassidy who is currently studying social work and completing her placement meaning she is in the house evenings, the occasional week day and weekends.

🛌The room can come with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk, chair, tv stand and a clothes rail for a very reasonable additional cost.

⭐️The room is bright, spacious and you will have access to shared storage in the house, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, shared kitchen and a large living room.

💷Rent is £750pcm with an additional £800 for deposit. Bills are estimated at £148 per month on an unlimited package (heating, water, wifi and electric)

🚗Easy to commute to and from, close to shops and pubs!
