Room for rent

We're looking for a 4th housemate to replace someone who's decided to move out in June 2026. We're a sociable group and like to hang out / go for the occasional pub trip together.

The house is mixed with a student and 2 professionals , but we're open to a student and a professional looking for a room. It's a well furnished property on a private cul de sac , it's nice and quiet with adequate street parking and 2 spaces on the drive. The rent is £632 pcm, with bills averaging £60 per person per month.
