I’m relocating from Guildford after accepting a new job in another city, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the remaining months. The Guildford Plaza team have been very supportive and have approved advertising the studio to find a replacement tenant.

📅 Tenancy Details

• Minimum stay: 4 months (remaining term of my agreement)
• Option to extend: Yes — the Guildford Plaza team are happy to facilitate a longer stay if desired
• Rent: £1,350 per month (single or dual occupancy)
• Special offer: £100 discount per month until 31 May 2026 if booked by January.
• From 1 June 2026: Standard rent set by Guildford Plaza applies
• Deposit: No deposit required - first month’s rent only.
• Council Tax: Payable by tenant
