We have a lovely room available in our recently redecorated 4-bedroom house. The place is bright, spacious, and well looked after. You'll be sharing with three friendly housemates (all 27 year old guys) who are generally social but respectful of each other's space.
The available room is comfortable and comes with all bills included (utilities, council tax, internet, etc.), so no hidden extras. You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate.
We've got a good-sized kitchen, a cozy living area, and parking available. The whole house has been freshly decorated and has a nice, modern feel throughout.
We're ideally looking for a professional, but we're open to students too — the main thing is someone tidy, friendly, and easy-going who'll fit in with the house vibe
