The room would suit a tidy, respectful professional or mature student who is happy living in a shared flat and contributing to a calm, friendly home environment. Tenancy length, move‑in date in February 2026 or later and any furniture to be left can all be agreed by mutual consent, and viewings (including video viewings) are available on request.
