A spacious furnished double room is available in a modern house share in Guildford. I’m looking for a replacement tenant due to a change in personal circumstances.

The room includes a double bed, desk/table and plenty of storage, making it ideal for a student or young professional. The house is shared with other tenants and features a large shared living room, a modern kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle), a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet, and access to a garden/patio.

Rent is £800 per month and includes bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband), subject to a fair usage policy. Broadband is included. The deposit is £800 (equivalent to one month’s rent).

The property is well located for the University of Surrey, Surrey Sports Park, and is within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes) to campus, Tesco superstore, and the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
