Double room unfurnished available to join an existing contract on a rolling 1-year tenancy agreement. We are a house hold of three friends, one couple and one single person, and our most important member a small dog called Noodle. The house has shared facilities (living room, dining room, kitchen, spacious garden), and office space available (the office would be shared).

Parking is available - but is limited and available through Guildford Borough Council.
