Hi everyone, I’m looking for a student to take over the contract for my room in private home due to me moving out. The room is in a quiet location and 30 minutes away from uni by foot, bike 12 minutes.

• There are 5 people living in the house, 3 males and 2 females (including me)
• Living room is a shared space and is located downstairs with sliding big glass doors over-looking the big back garden
• Downstairs is also a toilet
• Upstairs there is another bathroom but this time with a toilet and shower.

📅 Available: Anytime as soon as possible until 12th July 2026

💷 Price: £700 a month for rent and 106£ monthly utilities (water, gas, wifi etc) I can pay the 106£ :))
💰£600 deposit is required
