The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and a separate tumble dryer for convenience during winter months.
The house also has a good-sized garden, which can be used for drying clothes in the summer and for occasional barbecues.
The property is fully electric and supports a net-zero approach, with no gas supply.
We are a friendly household and are looking for a respectful and considerate tenant who will fit well within a family-style living environment. We prefer a vegetarian tenant.
