Double room in Guildford

I am a live in landlord looking for someone to join me in living in my home. The house has 3 bedrooms, with one being used as an office and the other being a double room that is available.

There is off street parking, a conservatory, open plan kitchen and living room and garden space.

About me: I am 28 originally from New Zealand having been in the UK for 6 years. I work full time in the IT industry, working 2-3 days at home and the rest in the city. Outside of work I play rugby where I train two evenings a week and play most weekends. I am on the move a lot so you will often have the home to yourself but equally I want someone who I enjoy spending down time with.

I am looking for someone who is independent and happy to do their own thing, but always up for a chat and house dinners. Move in would be from July onwards.
