I’m looking for a replacement tenant for myself (individual tenancy agreement). Property is available to move in immediately.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, broadband, communal cleaner every 2 weeks, etc.

Bus stop at end of road (2 min walk). 5-min walk to the Royal Surrey Hospital. 10-minute walk to Tesco, 25-minute walk to the University of Surrey as well as the Research Park.

Double furnished room with desk, chair, standing mirror, wardrobe and plenty of storage space under the bed. Spacious living room, modern kitchen, large modern bathroom.
Bathroom is shared with 3 other tenants, however all tenants work very early so bathroom is free in the morning and during the day.

Current household is 2 females 1 male.
There is plenty of free on-street parking (no permit required). Council tax Band C (rent inclusive).
