The bedroom is on 1st floor facing front of the house. Good size double bed.

I am moving out in April and I am looking for someone to replace me.

This is a sublet until July 2026.

20minutes walk to University of Surrey.
15 minutes walk to big Tesco.
3 minutes walk to bus stop.
