We are offering a bright, comfortable double room in our three-storey terraced home on the outskirts of Guildford, close to the River Wey and beautiful green spaces. The room comes with a high quality double bed, a large desk and practically exclusive use of your own private, family-sized bathroom (we have our own private ensuite on another floor).

The house has a relaxed, cozy feel, with a furnished patio garden and easy access to local amenities. We’re a short walk from Weyside Nature Reserve and Spectrum Leisure Centre, with a bus stop just 3 minutes away on foot and a 10-minute drive into Guildford town centre. Our nearest supermarket and retail park is 5 mins away; the A3 is a 4 minute drive away. Woking town centre is approx 15 mins away.

You’ll be living with a friendly, professional couple in our 30s/40s who both work from home, along with our well-trained Labrador. We keep a calm, respectful household — we enjoy our routines, daily walks, and home-cooked meals, and we value a peaceful environment.

We are looking for a tidy, considerate lodger who is fairly independent and ideally out during the day or has their own routine. This would suit a working professional or someone looking for a quiet, comfortable base rather than a busy social house.
