Double room

I have a double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house. House has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet downstairs and the same upstairs. Room is located on 2nd floor. Window facing the street. Theres also shared kitchen and living room and a small but cosy garden and patio. There are small first come first serve car park near the house and also 2 parking spaces on the property. Each tenant allowed only 1 vehicle per room. Room is for single occupant only. Room will be freshly decorated.

I am looking for non smoking professional for a minimum stay of 6 months. Room is freshly decorated and furnished. All bills included.
