Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the summer months. This is a proper tenancy takeover (your name goes on the lease), so you'd be a full tenant with all the rights that come with it.

Large single room that can fit a double bed, fully furnished, in a shared house right on the River Wey. A comfortable 3-bed house with an open-plan kitchen and living area with TV, which is great for cooking and hanging out. You'll share a bathroom with just one other flatmate. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine. Fast WiFi throughout. There's a private garden with table and chairs, an outdoor fireplace for summer evenings, and direct access to the River Wey including a kayak you're welcome to use.
You'd be living with 2 friendly young professionals. They're easy-going and respectful of shared spaces, just looking for someone similar to keep the house running smoothly over the summer.
