There’s additional space in the living room for a desk if you work from home or need a study area.
The house itself has lots of storage space, including a garage, parking, a large fridge, dishwasher, and a private back garden.
Location-wise, it’s:
* 15-minute walk to the town centre
* 25-minute walk to Guildford Station
* 7-minute bus ride to the town centre (bus stop directly outside the property)
* 10-minute walk to London Road Station
Bills are not included, but usually come to around £200 per month covering council tax, WiFi, electricity, water, and gas.
The current tenant is rarely at home, especially during the week, so you’ll often have the house to yourself. I’m tidy and easygoing, and ideally looking for someone who would like to stay for around a year minimum.
