🏡 Third housemate wanted for a lovely 3-bed flat in Guildford! 🏡

Hey! I’m Immy, I’m 23 and moving to Guildford at the end of August for my new job as a Speech and Language Therapist. My friend Gill, 24, and I are looking for a third professional girl to join us in our lovely three double bedroom flat in Guildford! 🫶🏻

The flat is £1,900pcm, so around £633 each before bills, and has three really good-sized double bedrooms, parking, a bathroom and an additional separate toilet. It has a large living room and modern kitchen, as well as a separate office space which is perfect for working from home. It’s a really spacious flat and we’re so excited to make it feel like a lovely home!

We’re both really sociable and would love to actually be friends with our housemate rather than just living together.

A little bit about us — we love going for cocktails, brunch and coffee dates, going to the theatre, travelling and having weekends away, keeping active and going to the gym, as well as cosy nights in and girly films. 🤍

We’re hoping to find someone of a similar age who is also looking for a sociable house share and would be up for making friends and doing things together, while still respecting each other’s own space.
