A little about me & the home

I work in a professional job and am office-based five days a week, so I’m out during the day most of the time. Outside of work, I enjoy knitting, seeing friends and generally being social. I’m definitely someone who enjoys having a chat, going for a drink or doing something together from time to time, but I also really value having my own space and appreciate that the same is important when sharing a home.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful, but also friendly and sociable, and who would like the flat to feel like a relaxed and comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to come back to.

The room

The room is currently unfurnished, but I am very open to furnishing it if needed, so please don’t let that put you off! I’m happy to discuss what would work best for the right person, and potentially furnish the room for you.

As it’s a 2-bed flat, you’d only be sharing with me, rather than a larger house share, and there’s also a lovely garden to enjoy.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is looking for a friendly but relaxed home, and who is happy to have a bit of a social life together while also respecting each other’s downtime.
