Double en-suite share

Hello, I’m moving out and looking to replace my place in the current tenancy agreement. The property is lovely and only to share with one lovely girl. She’s a young professional that’s works full time in the office. 2 beds/ 2 bathrooms! Lovely commun areas, huge sofa and living room, great kitchen! There’s a cat in the property so new tenant needs to be ok with pet. She’s a sweet two year old cat. Looking for a young professional that’s respectful and clean & likes to sociable.
