I am the homeowner and live in a 3 bed Terrace house, in Guildford within a mile of Surrey University, the Royal Surrey County Hospital, also Tesco, and the Research Park, which also benefits from a frequent bus service to the town and all of these establishments.

It is a nice property, in a friendly area, the room has a wardrobe, a single bed, suitable for (one tennant only), with desk, etc, a shared bathroom, with bath and shower, on the same level.

A shared kitchen diner, with fridge and cupboard for storing food, television and microwave and a downstairs cloakroom. I have cat who is a bit of a madam, I also have a small garden front and back of property. Wifi available, virginmedia tv with catch up and on demand in shared kitchen diner.
