Large furnished double room available

The room

We are offering a bright furnished double room, with pine furniture and a brand new double bed. The rent covers all bills (but no land line), and we provide you with your own off road parking.

The House

You can share the kitchen facilities, you will have your own under counter fridge (brand new) and cupboard.
The house has three bathroom, You will share the large bathroom with Shower and a separate Bath with only two women. The downstairs toilet is for everyone to share. We have our own separate shower room.

We have a good sized garden, and you are welcome to use the BBQ.

The area

Our house is a large spacious semi in a very nice part of Guildford called Burpham; On Southerland Memorial Park, which has tennis courts etc. The river Wey is a 10/15 minute walk, with lovely views. In addition to a first class fish and chip shop, fish mongers and bakers on a small parade of shops 5 minute walk from the house we have a large Sainsbury’s on our doorstep too (less than 5 minute walk).

Commute

Within a few minutes’ of the house we have three good bus services - 515, 36 and 37 which will take you to Guildford town Centre (short walk to main Guildford Train station), London Road Train Station, University of Surrey, Surrey Hospital, Wisely Gardens and Kingston. Only 5 minute drive to station and town centre. 25 minute walk from town centre.

We are all friendly and laid back.

There are 2 friendly English springer spaniel dogs and 2 cuddly cats.

Non-smokers please. No DSS sorry.
