Double room&en-suite.Short term/mon-fri considered

We have a lovely furnished basement room with en suite available in a family home. It is very private and quite self contained, apart from the kitchen.

We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 4 and 6 (who are always in bed by 7: 30!)

All bills are included. We are able to provide towels and bedlinen if required. There is also a TV in the room.

We have refurbished the whole house a year ago so everything is new and we have a fantastic, modern, big open plan kitchen diner and snug.

There is currently no spare parking permit but I understand there are off street parking spaces available to rent nearby as a previous lodger has one.

It is a great location. Really handy for town and both train stations.
