Guildford - wonderful, detached family house - GU1

We are a family of 2 (mother and daughter, 17 yrs), so are, ideally, looking for a female lodger. We have a lovely, character 4 bedroom detached house situated on a quiet private road. Our home has three bathrooms, large garden/patio (maintained by professional gardeners), comfy living room, dining room, washer/dryer and a large kitchen with lots of storage and 2 American style fridge-freezers. Our home is safe, clean, quiet, friendly and recently updated. Parking in the driveway available.

The house is within easy walking distance of Guildford town centre, Stoke Park, the countryside, London Road Station, Guildford College and the Spectrum Leisure Complex. Biking/bus distance to the University.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers. Included in the rent are all bills, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and council tax bills. Short term lets considered. We have a very gentle, quiet rescue Greyhound.

Our ideal tenant will be female, someone quiet and tidy, who wants to join our easy-going family atmosphere whilst still maintaining your own privacy, of course. I’ve had lodgers for 12 years - always a great experience and most still keep in touch with us. My last lodger stayed for 3 years so this room rarely is available!
