We have a double room to rent that is available from the middle of August.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in cupboards. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
We have a garden at the front and back and have on-street parking. There are regular buses (every 20 minutes) to the hospital, train station, research park and university. All of these are within walking distance too.
We are a married couple with our son.
We would be happy to offer 5 nights a week if you prefer and would knock a bit of the rent.
