Lovely flat in Guildford

I have a large double room to rent on Warren road in Guildford. The flat is excellently situated, close to London road station and a 10 minute walk from Guildford town centre, and 2 minutes walk from the gorgeous Surrey countryside.

There is a spacious living/dining room, a modern kitchen with gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and all modern appliances. The bedroom is a decent sized furnished double. There is underground parking as well as ample additional parking (free) which is rare for Guildford. There is also a great communal garden.

I'm an easy going professional, looking for a flatmate who I can chill out with and have some fun with after work. I love to cook, go out, watch films etc.

The price is without bills, which typically come in around £100 per month. Must be seen to appreciate, I can send pictures on request.
