Double room in central Guildford

Housemate wanted to join us in a fantastic Victorian terraced house located in central Guildford.

Good size room is available on 11th September, potentially a few days earlier.

There is a well fitted kitchen, with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, and comfortable living room that we all share. There is also a utility room, cellar room that we mainly use for storage and a rear garden. In addition, there are both washing machine and tumble dryer facilities.

We have connected wireless fibre optic broadband and Freeview TV.

We are friendly, easy going people who enjoy a sociable environment so spend much of our time in the communal areas but also like our own space at times.

It is in a great location only a short walk (5 mins) to the town centre, Guildford and London Road train stations and is in close proximity to the A3. On street permit parking is available.
