Brand new flat, 5 minutes walk to town and station

I am a 25 year old male professional working in London. I own a beautiful, brand new first floor flat overlooking the Cricket club. Guildford station and town centre are 5 minutes walk away (there is permit parking available).

The room is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. It is furnished to an exacting standard with a double bed, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. There is only 1 bathroom to share (I'm tidy and hygenic so there should be no problem) and of course full use of all amenities in the flat.

I am an easy-going guy, who enjoys company of likeminded people. My weeknights after work generally involve chilling out in front of the TV with a cup of tea or gin and tonic or Socialising with friends. I go out most Friday and Saturday nights and I'm an avid rugby fan.

I am looking for a sociable professional male or female flat-mate, between the ages of 18-30. I do not mind if you smoke, but please not in the flat.
