You would be sharing this large house with 4 other young professionals and there are 3 bathrooms. This is as far away from a student house as you can get.

A cleaner comes once a week to keep on top of the cleaning and the garden also gets looked after if you don't want to do it.

The house has a large kitchen with 2 washing machines, 2 hobs, 2 sinks and lots of fridge space. All shared with some lovely young professionals who keep the house really clean. They want to find someone who is also clean and tidy.

The whole house has been done to a really high modern standard. Each room has its own wiring for the internet and phone and T. V. arial.

The house is on Ashenden Rd, 15 minitue walk from Guildford mainline St and 5 minutes walk from Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey Research Park. There is a large Tescos, a smart gym 3 minutes walk and a bus that goes into town frequently if you don't want to walk. There are even buses that go from the end of the road to London

There is free parking. The house has full double glazing and has gas central heating.

This is what I do in the week so if there are any problems, I am able to help. I also have a property manager called Damian who keeps on top of the maintenance so things are sorted as quickly as physically possible.
