The room is approximately 12' x 12'. Recently redecorated with white Laura Ashley paper and chalk-white painted furniture which includes; single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelf units, desk and 2 x chairs.

The large farmhouse-style kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, plenty of fridge and freezer space, gas hob and electric oven. The lounge has comfortable seating, books to borrow and a 32" Smart TV.

The house is approximately 3 miles out of town on a good bus route for the town centre. There are bus routes to the University and the Royal Surrey County Hospital. If you want to keep fit a bicycle and accessories can be loaned for a small additional deposit. Garden shed available for storage of your own bike.
