Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Garden. Permit controlled street parking, we understand that there is a permit available (to buy from the council). Rent includes council tax but not other bills. Deposit of £600 and references required. We charge a one off admin fee of £50. Please note this room is available from 1 July, so we would like the contract to start on this date.
