We have two part furnished double rooms to rent from the 17th July as this is when our current housemates will be moving due to work commitments.
The first room is a large double with built in double wardrobe, double bed and mattress. The room looks out across the gardens. The second room is a medium double which comes with a double bed and mattress and faces the road but noise is minimal. The pictures provided have additional furniture but this was purchased by the currant tenants.
Its a four bed house on three floors. The first floor has an occupied room and a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine. The freezer is also on this floor. The second floor has a medium newly fitted kitchen with all white goods; a large living room and a toilet. The living room has large windows looking out onto the garden, two leather sofas and a dinning table and chairs. This is the focal point of the house where we socilise, have friends over, watch films and eat together.
The top floor we have a bathroom with a shower/bath and three bedrooms. There is also an airing cupboard.
The house has plenty of off road parking. We are a 30-40 min walk from the center of town and the mainline station which has direct links to London Waterloo, Gatwick, Reading etc. The house is surrounded by bus stops which go into town, the university, hospital and Aldershot. Its a 15 min walk to the University of Surrey. We are close to a large Tesco and are 2 mins from a Co-Op, Sainsburys Express, Boots pharmacy, Natwest, takeaways and pubs.
We pay £50. 00 per month for council tax as one of the current tenant is a Phd student so is exempt. However this housemate is moving out so if there were four professionals tax would be £37. 50. Bills come to around £30. 00 per month. A new tenant would need to go through referencing which would cost £60. 00 and if they require guarantors then they would also need to be referenced at £60. 00. We have a great couple of landlords who are really flexible and if there are any issues with he house then they are very quick to fix it.
We are looking for a couple of relaxed, fun loving, adventurous people who enjoy going out but also spending lazy Sundays on the sofa.
