Town Centre! Two Rooms Available in Flat!

Hello there! :)

Me and my boyfriend are ACM students and have lived in this flat for a year now! We love the apartment so much, as the location is perfect and so we are deciding to stay.
Unfortunately our current housemates are going back to their campus so we have two rooms to fill! We're fun, easy-going, very clean and generally quite busy!

The bedrooms are single but they are a good size and there is a good amount of storage space! :)

There is a HUGE living room space. It has a table and boxes in at the moment but once the others leave, we can make it more living-roomy! :)

The bathroom is also a nice size and has a bath with a shower that was recently installed! :)

The rooms are technically unfurnished, but my housemates don't want their beds or desks etc, and are looking to give it away (probably for a small price but it wont be much), so if you would be interested in that we could sort it out! :)
