1 room available in a 4 bed house

The room is a double basement floor room, quiet and private.

The bedroom is large and comes part finished with a single bed, wardrobe, and a desk to work on. Own furnishings are welcome but not needed.

The house is nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom has underfloor heating, for those cold mornings.
We have a large back garden with brick bbq :)

kitchen facilities are at a good standard, consisting of cooker hob separate oven and grill. microwave, kettle and washer

we have virgin media broadband.

house mates

in the house so far are 3 male students from Art of Contemporary Music uni, who are clean friendly and mature.

The 4th housemate can be male or female. has to be trustworthy and clean.
we would like someone who is open and friendly,
who likes to be socially active, but equally has respect for other housemates

Rent is 330 per month, and bills will be split 4 ways not costing very much.

The house is so close to guildford centre it really is great location to anyone needing town centre access.
