The room has recently been redecorated and comes with 2 large built-in cupboards, chest of draws and a beside table. The room has space for a desk if you require space for one.

ALL bills are included; Virgin high speed internet, TV licence, Council Tax, and utilities. Weekly cleaner for shared areas.

Sociable but professional residents with 3 small friendly dogs.

Spacious shared kitchen / diner and lounge. Shared bathroom with power shower. Large private garden. With on street parking available, small car park located 30 second walk from the house.

20 minutes walk to town centre and 1 minute from local bus stop, right next to our corner shop.
