A well presented detached house located 5 minute drive from Guildford town centre. The room available is situated on the ground floor of the house and includes an en-suite shower room and a large double bed. (other furniture available for a small price). The house itself is fully furnished with a large living area and kitchen which leads on to an exquisite decking/balcony area looking over a beautiful and secluded garden.

We are looking for a clean and tidy individual who likes their own space but also enjoys socialising. The tenant must respect the house as well as the current house mates. Two of whom are studying for their final year of University.

The current tenants are aged between 21 and 28 and we are all very easy going. We look forward to hearing from you. :)
