Large Double Room in Central Guildford

Hi, I am currently living in a large 2 bed house in central Guildford and looking for an easy going housemate to share the property with.

The room itself is currently unfurnished but is large enough for a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, chest of draws and a desk/tv unit and still have space to walk around.

The house is 5 minutes from Guildford high street as well as both mainline stations.

There are 3 or 4 nice pubs within a stones throw of the house as well as Stoke Park near by.

There are good links on to the A3 for anyone who may need to travel by car to work/uni.

In terms of cost - the room is 575 per month and there are bills on top which are shared (broadband + phone - 40 / Utilities (all 3) 90 / Council tax 100) meaning all in all the room would be around 750-800 per month.
