We have a double bedroom on the first-floor available in this house share situated on the first-floor - please refer to "Bedroom 2" as per attached floor plan which you can view in photos. The bedroom comes full furnished with double bed, drawers and wardrobe.

The property has been redecorated throughout, and benefits from a large kitchen and separate lounge area and three bathroom/shower rooms in total. The house also benefits from a garden with patio area.

You would be sharing with a mix of working professional males and females in their 20s in a sociable house, which is regarded as a home by the existing tenants rather then just a place to sleep

Common areas are cleaned on a weekly basis. and all bills - including cleaner - are included in the price.

The property is based near Guildford centre and regular bus routes are within a few minutes walk of the house, and the A3 is also a short drive away. There is plenty of parking available outside the house.
