Lovely spacious double room for rent in Guildford

We are a professional couple (both aged 29) looking to rent out our spare room. We live in a very spacious 1st floor flat located opposite Stoke Park and a 10 minute walk from London Road Station or a 15 walk in to the town center. There is also off street parking available.

The room for rent is large and bright (10 x 16ft) with big windows and a cupboard with hanging rail and can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the flat consists of our bedroom, a lounge which has double doors leading on to a balcony, a bathroom which has a shower/bath and a kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven/hob etc

We are looking for a professional male or female of a similar age, who is respectful of others, clean, tidy and definitely a non-smoker. We are friendly and sociable but equally enjoy quiet time. Whilst we still appreciate the odd night out, we are not looking for somebody who comes and go’s at all hours (we have had noisy door slammers in the past!).

The room is £700 per month (in advance) which includes all bills and we would also require 1 months’ deposit upfront. The room is available from the beginning of May.
