1 room to let in 4 bedroom house for students

A room is available in 3 story shared accommodation in a well lit house with large amounts of communal living spaces. The household consists of 4 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and chest of drawers.

Three rooms have already been taken by students going to the University of Law. The preference for the 4th housemate is for another Uni of Law student.

The house has recently had new carpets put in and has been repainted inside. It includes amenities such as washing machine and broadband internet (optional).

Overall we are looking for someone who is study-minded but still is respectful and has a nice personality that can fit in easily. Two of the housemates were in the house last year have stayed on because they were very happy with the house itself as well as its safe and accessible location.

We are looking to have a mixed house of 2 males and 2 females and therefore would prefer a 2nd female to take the last remaining room.

**One condition of the tenancy agreement is that in the first month another month's rent is payable which is effectively the rent for the last month of agreement, ie July 2015. Therefore June 2015 will be the last payment due as July 2015 will have already been paid.
