The house is located in a great location, 2 minutes from a local corner shop, 10 minutes from Tesco and the Royal Surrey Hospital/ research park. There is also a bus stop nearby with buses running every 5-6 minutes to town via the railway station and woodbridge hill.

The house has an upstairs toilet and shower, which has just been refurbished by the landlord, as well as large downstairs bathroom. There is a good sized kitchen and a nice sized lounge leading out to a patio area and large. The garden faces west so it's nice in the summer with sun setting, there's also a shed to store a bike etc. There's a small drive for a car and on road parking.

The rooms come furnished with a single bed, matching wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside set of drawers and desk area - but if you wanted to bring you own furniture that's ok.
